Putumayo. In the operation that the National Navy conducts against the finances of the outlaw groups, a joint and coordinated operation was carried out with units of the National Army, the Colombian Air Force and the National Police, where a cocaine hydrochloride laboratory was found and destroyed in the department of Putumayo.
In the search and control operation carried out in the municipality of Cocaya, in the municipality of Puerto Asís, in the department of Putumayo, troops found the laboratory, which had the capacity to produce half a ton of cocaine hydrochloride per month.
In the structure, several elements used for the production of cocaine were found by the troops, including 15 microwave ovens, five distillers, one compressor, 250 kilograms of solid precursors and more than 22 gallons of liquid precursors.
The structure in wood and rudimentary materials was destroyed in the place.
