Arauca. Thanks to the agreement that the National Army has made with the Andaki school, soldiers of the Eighteenth Brigade finish their secondary studies demonstrating the commitment to progress they have with themselves and with the institution for the academic development.
These men studied for six months and during the weekends attended continuously the activities to receive classes in Spanish, mathematics, biology, chemistry, physics, and English, thus obtaining new knowledge for their intellectual development.
The ceremony of graduation was held in the auditorium of the facilities of the Battalion of Engineers "Rafael Navas Pardo". It was an event that lasted approximately two hours where 24 soldiers belonging to this military unit achieved their greatest dream of study.
At the graduation ceremony, Lieutenant Colonel Hugo Hernán Camelo Sandoval, commander of this tactical unit congratulated the students and expressed that the National Army is an institution that thinks about its men and women and always seeks to train them so that they can contribute in the construction of a better country.
