The soldiers of the National Army conduct different activities that promote the care of the environment as the cleaning and beautification of natural parks and emblematic places of the city of Yopal.
The Bicentennial Heroes of the hand of the professionals of the program in Colombia and the Government of the department of Casanare through the Ministry of Agriculture and the Department of Environment, seek to design strategies and schedule activities within the green calendar to help care for the environment, taking into account the damage caused by forest fires and the drought caused by global warming.
In addition to the different activities scheduled to take place, the institution calls on the entire “llanera” community to take care of our natural resources and our precious vital liquid: water, and in the same way to prevent the burning caused by forest fires that end with our flora and wildlife.
With practices such as keeping the green areas around us clean, periodically checking that there are no leaks in our house, not throwing garbage to sewers, streets and parks, we become eco partner human beings, managing to leave an environmental footprint positive for the new generations.
