Thanks to the leadership of the Paraíso nursery and in a joint and coordinated work, the Colombian Air Force joined the planting of 1500 floral shrubs in Cali, contributing with its operation in the care and protection of the environment.
This important activity that had the support, among other institutions, of the Hechos con Amor Foundation, the Government and its secretariats of environment and construction, the Mayor's Office of Cali, the Regional Autonomous Corporation of Valle del Cauca, Firefighters, the Third Brigade of the National Army and the Military Aviation School and the No. 7 Air Combat Command, seeks to leave an important message to people about caring for nature, teamwork and the sense of belonging to the city.
The intention of this activity is to fill the Cali - Jamundí national Pan-American Highway with life and color, recovering green spaces and beautifying the environment through which hundreds of citizens circulate.
Through the development and execution of this type of campaigns, the Colombian Air Force will continue to work hand in hand with the institutions of the region, in favor of these practices that benefit the development and care of the environment, working for the well-being of the ecosystem and communities.
