With services for members of the Security forces and their families, pensioners and members of the military forces and of Police who have become victims in fulfillment of their work, the Service Route will be held on February 25, 26 and 27, 2020.
Attention will be provided in the facilities of the Rehabilitation Center, at Calle 21 No. 44-40, in Puente Aranda, in continuous activity from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Responses about social benefits, procedures for access to home programs and unique search for victims, among others, are some of the questions that may be resolved by members of the Security forces and their families during the Service Route by the Ministry of Defense, which will have its first stop in Bogotá.
The Service Route “Our commitment is not to forget them”, is an initiative of the Ministry of Defense designed to serve nationally services of wellbeing, recognition (Laws 14 of 1990 and 1699 of 2013), discounts, inclusive rehabilitation, health, home and social benefits, among others.
“On the Service Route, we Work to provide different cities of the country with well-being at the service of our heroes and their families, bringing them the possibility of carrying out their procedures and attending to their requirements, without having to travel to the facilities of the military Forces or the Minister of Defense,” explains Juanita Acosta, director of Wellbeing and Health.
For the activity on February 25, 26 and 27, assistance will be given to those wounded in combat, military with disabilities, pensioners for disability and survival, widows, orphans, fathers and mothers of our heroes killed in combat, reservists of honor, as well as military and police victims, who may access the Unique Victim Search program and ultimately all members of the Defense sector and their families.
The Service Route will have 10 activities during 2020: Bogotá, Pasto, Popayán, Ibagué, Valledupar, Santa Marta, Bucaramanga, Cali, Medellín and Pereira.
