Soldiers of the National Army supported a family of limited resources with the loading and transportation of aid.
Men of the National Army committed to serving Colombia decided to join the initiative of mrs Pilar Serrano and Paola Quintero in the city of Cúcuta, who learned the story of a woman in conditions of extreme poverty.
Mrs Aracelis Rocha lives in the Doña Nidia neighborhood with her four small children, she has a humble house and until now she did not have a bed or a mat to sleep comfortably with her children. For this reason, Pilar and Paola sought help through social networks and got people who decided to make their contribution to be able to furnish this family's room.
After the call, Aracelis and his little ones received two beds, two mattresses, two pillows, a stove, a shelf organizer, toys, clothes, shoes, among other items.
In the middle of the distribution, Paola Quintero said: "This is not just our work, we are the instrument that God uses to come and bring to you the donations of many people who are here, this is the heart of many Colombians who received the call for help. "
In the same way, the Comprehensive Action and Development Battalion No.2 and the Fe En Colombia team supported this initiative with their sense of solidarity with the Colombians who are complying with the mandatory quarantine by covid-19. In the same way, the soldiers in the same way carried out the loading and transportation of the items donated by those who joined this cause.
