In the course of a river operation, Colombian Navy troops find more than 100 cattle and horses in the municipality of Magangué, department of Bolívar.
As part of the plan established to counter the theft of farm animals and smuggling in the department of Bolivar, units of the River Battalion of Navy Infantry No. 17 detect 99 bovine and two equine, which were transported on board a boat on the Magdalena River, in the Belisario sector.
At the time of the inspection, the transporters did not have the appropriate documentation, such as the guide for transportation by the Agricultural Institute (ICA), so the troops confiscated the animals and put them into custody of the inspector of the Police of Magangué.
