Within the framework of the meeting, the planning of the Orion IX and Orion X naval campaigns against drug trafficking was discussed, which will be carried out during 2022, with the purpose of coordinating multilateral efforts to combat illicit drug trafficking and other related crimes on the border of the two countries, strengthening defense and security in this region.
