In the frame of its commitment to preserve natural richness, the National Army, with its units in the region of Urabá Antioquia, Cordoba and Chocó, has implemented a series of strategies to generate collective awareness on issues such as deforestation, the importance of recovering the rainforest and the prosecution of those behind environmental crimes, the above, contemplated in Operation Artemisa, in order to compensate the damage caused to ecosystems by the unlawful use of natural resources.
