The Colombian Air Force, through the Military Transport Air Command- CATAM, sent two C-40 aircraft to transport more than 200 people from San Andrés Islas and Santa Marta.
The crew of the first aircraft took off from the CATAM ramp to the Caribbean Air Group in San Andrés, where 118 passengers boarded with their luggage, not counting children under two years old. In the same way, the second aircraft took off from the Simón Bolívar International Airport in Santa Marta where 125 people boarded.
The final destination of the two aircraft was the José María Córdoba International Airport in Rionegro, Antioquia; carrying out a successful and safe humanitarian mission that works for the happy return home of these Colombian families.
