Through different activities, the rural sector of the municipality of Ricaurte, Cundinamarca, celebrated the day of the peasant, thus enhancing the cultural identity and the importance of agricultural and livestock work for the country, the event was joined by the Air Combat Command No.4, through a Development Support Activity, focused on entertainment and health.
The event was attended by officials including doctors and dentists, who made diagnoses, fluoride application, dental cleanings and talks aimed at preventing common diseases, thus promoting healthy habits and raising awareness about the importance of self-care and health, to about 100 patients of all ages.
On the other hand, men and women of the Comprehensive Action Section brought joy to more than 900 children of Costa Rica, who enjoyed the inflatable helicopter, made balloon figures, painting workshop and received school kits, which will lead them to strengthen their pedagogical training process, thus motivating them to fulfill their academic duties.
