Under the Red Zeus strategy that seeks to lead operations against drug trafficking, a flipper-type ship was intercepted in the Colombian Pacific with 964 kilograms of marijuana, in a joint operation conducted by the Colombian Aerospace Force and the Colombian Navy.
Through follow-up work with intelligence platforms and maritime Rapid Reaction Units, it was possible to identify this illegal ship, in which 3 individuals were on board with 964 bags of this narcotic.
The materials and the crew of the boat were put into custody of the authorities in Tumaco, Nariño.
