At the mouth of the Mulatos River in Antioquia, a Go Fast type ship was detected transporting 2,395 kilograms of cocaine hydrochloride as a result of a coordinated work conducted by the Colombian Aerospace Force and the Colombian Navy.
Within the framework of this operation, it was possible to find 97 sacks with 2425 rectangular packages which, after the Preliminary Identification Test - PIPH, leave positive for drugs; two Glock 9mm pistols with their respective magazines, and 34 9mm projectiles, as well as communications material were also found.
The drugs found in this operation, whose value would exceed 72 million dollars on the international illegal market, were put into custody of the authorities as well as the war material.
