In a UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter of the Colombian Aerospace Force of the Air Combat Command No. 2, a young man was taken to Guaviare to receive specialized care in the capital city of this department.
A 15-year-old patient was in delicate state of health due to a urological sickness, which is why he was taken accompanied by of his mother of the municipality of Miraflores to San José del Guaviare to receive a higher level of medical assistance.
During the flight in the Ángel, which lasted about forty minutes, military personnel of the health area and rescuers from CACOM 2 constantly monitored his vital signs and provided him with analgesics before takeoff, to prevent complications during the aeromedical transfer.
