In compliance with the Ayacucho Campaign Plan, the Colombian Aerospace Force participated in a joint and coordinated operation with the Army and the National Police, including the finding and destruction of a laboratory used for production of cocaine hydrochloride, in the Nueva Isla village, Guamuez Valley, Putumayo department.
During the military operation, troops found 7 constructions of different dimensions were found by troops, 10,910 GL of acetone, 1,220 GL of ketone, 40 KG of solid cocaine hydrochloride, 90 barrels of different dimensions, 10 microwave ovens, 4 boilers, a 30 thousand volt electric generator, 1 bedroom, among other substances and elements.
Thanks to the fixed-wing aircraft and remotely piloted aircraft of the Institution, this operational result is given, which hit the financial structures of the illegal organization and the drug trafficking chain because all the materials and supplies are costing more than three million dollars.
