Sucre. In search and military control operation, coordinated with the National Police, the National Navy managed to capture a man belonging to the Organized Armed Group “Clan del Golfo” in the department of Sucre.
With a search warrant, troops of the Marine Infantry Battalion No. 13, the Military Gaula - Sucre and the National Police, captured alias "Diomedez" in a house in the village "El Bajito", in the municipality of San Onofre, in the department of Sucre.
The man, 35, entered the Organized Armed Group “Clan del Golfo” five years ago and had a current arrest warrant for the crime of aggravated conspiracy. This individual was acting as "boss of assassins" of this criminal structure and focused his criminal activity in the department of Sucre, especially in the municipality of San Onofre.
Alias "Diomedez" was put into custody of the Municipal Criminal Court of Sincelejo (Sucre) for its respective judicial process.
