Turbo. The National Navy conducted a Development Support activities Day that benefited more than 2,700 people, with specialized medical services, in the hamlet Puerto César, municipality of Turbo, Department of Antioquia.
During the day, services of general medicine, dentistry, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, gynecology, psychology and family planning were provide. In addition, beauty services, medication distribution and recreational activities were given to children and adolescents.
The activity was led by the fluvial Battalion of Navy Infantry No.16 of the Navy Infantry Brigade No.1, of the Joint Task Force TITÁN, who together with men of the National Army and with the support of the Naval Reserve of the Department of Antioquia, the Municipal Mayor's Office, Comfenalco, the National Service of Learning -Sena, the Ministry of National Education and the Culture Ministry, provided, for two days, general and specialized medical assistance to 2,729 people, including children, girls and adults.
