El Comando Específico de San Andrés y Providencia, a través del Buque ARC Independiente, logró brindar asistencia a dos motonaves de nombre “Sensation I” de bandera hondureña y “Miss Dolores”
The Specific Command of San Andres y Providencia, through the Ship ARC Independiente, managed to provide assistance to two motorboats: the “Sensation I”, Honduran, and “Miss Dolores” from Tanzania, which were in Quitasueño, 125 nautical miles northwest of the island of San Andres.
The ARC Independiente of the Colombian Navy is established in the waters of the Colombian Caribbean, exercising sovereignty, preserving historical fishing rights, safeguarding human life at sea and ensuring the protection of natural resources in the Biosphere Reserve Seaflower donating 2,000 liters of drinking water to the two motorboats for the consumption of its 30 crew members.
