Thanks to intelligence information, the discovery of marijuana and the flagrante capture of a person were possible.
In territorial control operations in the municipality of Guachené, in Cauca, troops of the Rapid Deployment Force No.4, using intelligence information, captured an individual who was transporting approximately two tons of marijuana, apparently belonging to the residual Organized Armed Group, GAO-r, Structure Sixth - Column Dagoberto Ramos Ortiz.
The event occurred in El Guabal, in the municipality of Guachené, in Cauca, where a dump truck was traveling, apparently transporting sand but it was there where the illicit substances were found by the troops. The person who was in the vehicle was caught in flagrante delicto and was, along with the material found, put into custody of the judicial authorities.
These results are achieved thanks to the intelligence information provided by the Apolo Operational Command and the strategic preparation of the checkpoint by the troops of the Rapid Deployment Battalion No. 10, which found the packages, wrapped in transparent adhesive tapes, with an approximate weight of two tons of creepy marijuana.
