The drug seized would belong to the Organized Gang “Los Pamplona”.
In the course of a coordinated and interagency territorial control operation, troops of the National Army, the Police and the CTI (Technical Investigations Corps) of the Attorney General's Office captured in flagrante a member of the Organized Gang (GDO) Los Pamplona, in the municipality of Marinilla, Antioquia. The individual was charged with the crime of carrying, trafficking and manufacturing of firearms and ammunition.
During the operation, three revolvers, 17 cartridges, nine kilograms of pressed marijuana, 78 doses of marijuana packed in an airtight bag and 400 grams of cocaine were seized.
Thanks to this result, it was dealt a blow to the illegal finances of the Organized Crime Group (GDO) Los Pamplona, since micro-trafficking is one of the modalities of illicit economy that affects the east of Antioquia.
The individual was immediately put into custody of the authorities to carry out the judicial process.
