This soldier of the homeland, on Friday painted the Colombian Military Forces with jubilation, winning two gold medals in the clean and jerk modalities, in the XIX Bolivarian Games, which are held in Valledupar, Cesar, a triumph that he dedicated to his daughter and his beloved National Army.
The Soldier Habib de las Salas De la Rosa, born in Barranquilla, Atlántico, began his sports life in Weightlifting in 2005, in his beloved Barranquilla, and after finishing his studies at the school Center for Basic and Middle Education No.120 (2005), he decided to serve the homeland, serving in 2006 in the Engineer Battalion No.3 Agustin Codazzi.
His conviction and passion for the National Army led him to make the decision to continue his career as a soldier. Once incorporated as a soldier, the Institution led him to continue his training in this sport, being member of the Colombian Military Sports Federation, with its training centers in Palmira, Valle del Cauca.
Since then he dedicates a part of his time to his training in the clean and jerk modality, as well as to provide security to the Colombians who are in this sector of the country, changing his training clothing for his pixelated uniform.
Habib de las Salas De la Rosa, 35 years old, single father head of household has a six-year-old girl, he has been champion in Pan American Games (three times), Ibero-American and Central American and Caribbean; he in the same way has an Olympic diploma in Rio 2016, in the clean and jerk modalities.
