For five consecutive days, U.S. Army Southern Command personnel toured the Brigade's facilities in the Caribbean zone of Colombia.
The delegation visited each of the units attached to this brigade to learn about the National Army's resources in the execution of maintenance, transport and supply logistics operations in the Northern Theater of Operations, in order to strengthen these processes, in the frame of bilateral support so that result strength the operations the branch.
The members of the US Army delegation received information from the logistical leaders of the units about the operation of the different facilities and the operation carried out by the qualified personnel working in each of the areas, especially the technical and operational support to the different vehicle and armament platforms, counting on the Mobile Armored Maintenance Unit (UMMBLIL) and the Mobile Artillery Maintenance Unit (UMMART) and the Mobile Armament Maintenance Unit (UMMA), which go directly to the field to provide the service to the front-line units.
At the end of the visit, the victors highlighted the great resources of BRLOG3 to carry out the logistics operations for the maintenance of the military and administrative operations of the National Army.
