In the municipality of Santa Isabel, wood is found on a terrain in the area, without the proper permits for its commercialization.
More than 500 slats and 195 wooden blocks of different dimensions were found by troops by soldiers of the Infantry Battalion N.16 Patriotas of the Sixth Brigade of the National Army and National Police, where thanks to the information provided, it was possible to make this finding in the village Bolivar, farm La Planada del Recuerdo of the municipality of Santa Isabel.
At the time of arriving at this place, the correspondent permission for the commercialization of this wood was requested by troops; the document is not obtained. So, the wood is immediately confiscated and put into custody of Cortolima in Lérida. This wood has a commercial valuation of $15 million million pesos.
In this way, we mitigate these crimes that hit the environment with our soldiers of the Sixth Brigade of the National Army, who contribute to the protection of the ecosystem, within the framework of the Ayacucho Plan.
