With the resources of Comprehensive operation of Colombian National Army, a time of healthy recreation was propitiated for more than a hundred elderly people of the San Carlos Life Center of Villavicencio, Meta. Among smiles, hugs and applause, the elderly thanked the soldiers of the N.4 Comprehensive operation Battalion for visiting them and making their talents available to provide a very pleasant afternoon.
"Thank you very much to all you guys who sang to us, danced with us and made us feel at home," said María Uriola Gómez, beneficiary of the event. The Llanero Group, the trovador and soloist of Colombian National Army set the musical and artistic note, entertaining the attendees with their melodies and presentations. These performances were key to creating an atmosphere of celebration and excitement, filling the hearts of the elderly with joy and nostalgia.
Thanks to the resources and tools of the soldiers of Colombian National Army, comprehensive well-being continues to be provided to the communities that need it most. "As soldiers of Colombia, it is very nice to be able to see the older adults smile and enjoy these spaces; it is a retribution for everything they did for many of the young people and adults of society in their beautiful years," said Major Hugo Andrés Sepúlveda Ruiz, commander of the Comprehensive operation and Development Battalion No.4.
Once again, the Colombian National Army reaffirms its commitment to the communities that need it most, without any exception.
