In the last few hours, troops of the Thirtieth Brigade of Colombian National Army, in coordination with the Police, found a complex with about a ton of cocaine hydrochloride, which would cost more than 7000 million pesos, in Sardinata, Norte de Santander.
The soldiers and police officers arrived at the village El Páramo, where there were four rustic structures. More than 700 kilos of cocaine hydrochloride, about 800 gallons of cocaine hydrochloride in solution and 1.5 kilograms of coca paste base were found by troops at the site, as well as abundant liquid and solid supplies and elements used in drug production.
This cocaine laboratory would cost more than 7000 million pesos, and would have the capacity to produce about 4 tons of cocaine hydrochloride per month. The drug, placed outside Colombia, would have a commercial cost of approximately 21 million dollars.
