PETITIONS, DENUNCIATIONS AND CLAIMS

Dear users and citizens, your General Command of the military forces, is willing to resolve your petitions, denunciations, claims, suggestions or denunciations that you present effectively through the channels available to all sectors of the population. We strive to make the work we do every day, a quality service.
Taking into account the above, we present to you the duties and rights of the citizens contained in the Charter of Decent Treatment to the Citizen.
Welcome to the System of Petitions, Denunciations, Claims, Suggestions, Denunciations and Congratulations of the General Command of the Military Forces.
PETITION OR RIGHT OF PETITION: It is the right that every individual or legal person, group, organization or association has to request or claim before the competent authorities, normally governments or public entities for reasons of public interest, whether individual, general or collective. From the sending of your request we have fifteen (15) business days to resolve it or inform about the process of it.
COMPLAIN: It is the verbal or written manifestation of dissatisfaction made by a natural or legal person or his representative, with respect to the conduct or act of an official of the Entity in the performance of his functions.
COMPLAINT: It is the express manifestation of verbal, written or electronic means, by means of which the administration is made aware of conducts that may constitute one or more crimes.
CLAIM: It is the right that every person has to demand, claim or demand a solution or response to a request, either for general or particular reasons regarding the functions of the entity.
PROCEDURE: Set or series of steps or actions regulated by the State, which users must carry out to acquire a right or comply with an obligation provided or authorized by law.
MANIFESTATION : Communication or externalization of an opinion made by users regarding a matter subject to administrative action.
QUERY:They are requests to any authority for an opinion, advice, criteria or concept related to its official activities or a specific subject of the entity's competence.
SUGGESTION:It is the manifestation, insinuation, formulation of ideas or proposals aimed at improving a service or the management of the same entity.
CONGRATULATIONS: It is the express recognition that citizens make to the work carried out by the officials of the military forces, who received a service.
