As part of the assistance to vulnerable communities hit by covid-19, the Air Force sent a UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter of the Air Combat Command No. 5, to reach the rural area of Valledupar, Cesar, with more than two tons of humanitarian aid.
The Military Forces arrived in the municipality of El Placer, where the Wiwa indigenous community lives, with components of the Air Force, the National Army, the Presidency of the Republic, including the group of medical teams that provided primary care to the inhabitants.
Food kits, cleaning elements and medicines were part of the cargo that was transported in the metal Angel, reaching this area of difficult access supplying elements to meet the basic needs such as food and health services for people living in remote sectors of the urban area, bringing de services of the State.
