On board a King-350 type ambulance aircraft of the Colombian Air Force, a 2-year-old girl was timely transferred from Florencia to the city of Bogot谩, who required assistance in a more complex center.
The minor, who was accompanied by her parents during the aeromedical transfer, had respiratory problems. This mission was carried out thanks to the coordinated work conducted by the CATAM Military Transport Air Command and the National Personnel Recovery Center (CNRP).
During the flight, the military medical personnel constantly monitored the minor's vital signs until she was handed over to her health care institution in the capital city, who would transport her to the hospital, where she will receive all the appropriate treatments.
With operations like this, the Colombian Air Force demonstrates its commitment to the inhabitants, attending to the call of Colombians, thus spreading its wings of hope to the most remote regions of the national territory, in order to save lives.
