Within the framework of an interagency operation carried out simultaneously by the Colombian Navy and the Colombian National Police, in the village of Villagorgona municipality of Candelaria - Valle del Cauca and the District of Buenaventura -Valle del Cauca, two drug traffickers were arrested, who apparently sent large shipments of cocaine from the Colombian coasts in the department of Nariño and the Ecuadorian coasts to Mexico mainly, by using Flipper and Go-Fast type boats, through the route known as the northern and southern route of the Galapagos Islands, where this organization would be deploying fishing-type boats that fulfilled logistical functions to cover the route to navigate by the transport ships, and thus prevent detection by the naval authorities.
In the operation, Háder Cuero Valencia, known as Curva, ringleader of this drug trafficking organization that operates between Colombia and Ecuador, was in the same way arrested. He was requested to be extradited by the United States Government for the crime of drug trafficking, as well as his brother Dairon Aurelio Cuero Valencia, alias Chanchi, second ringleader of the aforementioned drug trafficking organization.
Alias Curva is wanted for extradition by a court of the Southern District of Florida - United States. for the crime of drug trafficking. Together with alias Chanchi they are wanted through INTERPOL Red notice and arrest warrant to serve time for the crimes of association to commit aggravated crimes and trafficking, manufacture or carrying of narcotics issued by the Second Criminal Court of the Specialized Circuit of Cali.
