The inhabitants of the Inmaculada neighborhood received various services that contribute to a better quality of life and well-being.
Complying with biosecurity protocols, soldiers of the Caldas Battalion of the Fifth Brigade of the National Army, of the Second Division, carried out a Development Support Activity in the La Inmaculada neighborhood of Bucaramanga, Santander, where they benefit 1,600 inhabitants of the sector with various services and activities.
Thanks to a work of unified action with the Mayor of Bucaramanga, Inderbu, Ministry of the Interior, Secretariat of Social Development and managers of coexistence, it was possible to bring a wide range in pediatrics, optometry, general medicine, psychology, veterinary and personal care services.
During this activity in the same way the little ones could enjoy the joy of the soldiers, who enlivened their stay with games, music and recreational activities,
These activities are part of the inter-institutional approach with the inhabitants, especially in vulnerable sectors where due to lack of resources and long distances, the inhabitants cannot easily access these services.
