From very early on, a whole logistical operation was deployed in which the objective was to provide a complete Humanitarian Medical Assistance Activity to the inhabitants of the municipality of San Luis de Cubarral in the department of Meta, an inter-institutional work headed by the Municipal Mayor with the support of the members of the Air Combat Command No. 2 of the Colombian Air Force.
Professionals in general medicine, gynecology, pediatrics, physiotherapy, psychology, dentistry and nutrition, supported this laudable work; in the same way, they built: a blood bank, providing the opportunity to make donations for life, a mobile pharmacy with a variety of medicines and beauty services with manicure and hairdressing; in the same way, the elderly received specialized care with professionals in geriatrics, who assisted their medical needs.
The great welcome of the people to this activity, led to more than 1400 assistances in the different procedures and services, the Cubarrale帽os received the donation of medical supplies and school kits of the El Minuto de Dios Organization Corporation, all thanks to the union and successful coordination of Colombian National Army, the National Police, the Municipal Mayor's Office, the Meta Visible NGO Department Foundation and the support of the Colombian Air Force, through the Comprehensive operation Section, counting on the invaluable work of the Reserve Professional Officers PORFAC.
