Bolivar. In recent hours, the National Navy rescued three people who got adrift in the waters of the Bay, after the capsizing of their rudimentary boat, due to adverse meteorological conditions that occur in the Caribbean.
The operation began when the Coast Guard Station of Cartagena received an emergency call informing that a rudimentary boat had capsized, with three people on board, in the Punta Gigante sector.
Immediately a Rapid Response Unit was sent to attend the emergency, finding the three occupants of the boat and taking them, along with the motorboat, to a safe harbor in the city of Cartagena.
