The Colombian Air Force, through the Grupo Aéreo del Amazonas (GAAMA), based in Leticia, makes its Remotely Manned Aircraft (ART) available, to work for greater security on the southern triple border of the country.
Day and night the Colombian Air Force conducts overflights reaching hard-to-reach places to obtain real-time information and aerial loudspeakers with drones, providing accompanying messages to the inhabitants and inviting them to report any suspicious act.
In the same way, the Amazon Air Group participated in the Unified Command post (PMU), carried out over the weekend in Leticia, in order to listen and comply with the orders given on the tasks to be carried out to ensure the safety of the Amazonians even after the electoral activity.
