Troops of the Military Gaula – Sucre, of the Navy of Colombia, and of the Sijín (Police division), arrived at the urban area of the municipality of Sincelejo, where they captured Fermín Pinto Rodelo, alias 'Alacrán', that had three years in that organized armed group, he was wanted with arrest warrant issued by the First Municipal Criminal Court of Sincelejo, for the crimes of aggravated conspiracy to commit homicide, extortion and drug trafficking.
Its criminal zone was in the municipalities of Guaranda and San Marcos, in the department of Sucre. His criminal actions were based on homicides, trafficking and carrying of narcotics, and carrying of firearms. He obtained financing with money extorted from different guilds of these municipalities.
The man was put into custody of the First Municipal Criminal Court of Sincelejo. With this result the Colombian Navy manages to significantly impact this criminal structure and its finances, restoring peace to the inhabitants of the region.
