In an operation of search and military control, with personnel of the CTI (Technical Investigations Corps), the National Navy achieved the capture of nine people, in the department of Sucre.
In compliance with current arrest warrants issued by the Municipal Judge of Galeras (Sucre), troops of the Military Gaula (Anti-Extortion and Anti-Kidnapping Group) – Sucre, simultaneously captured nine people (four women and five men) in different neighborhoods of the municipalities of Corozal and Sincelejo (Sucre) , for the crimes of conspiracy to commit a crime, hacking of a computer system, computer damage, own bribery, destruction, suppression and concealment of a public document, prevarication by omission and influence peddling in particular.
Apparently, the nine captured, five Public Servants and four private individuals, were part of a common criminal organization called 'OnLine' that was perpetrating the falsification of documents required to process credits, particularly issues in companies, for banking institutions and cooperatives, in the department of Sucre.
Those captured were put into custody of the Sixteen Sectional Prosecutor's Office of Sincelejo.
