In the Santa Margarita de Vallejuelos sector in the west of the city, there are more than 16 families hit by the fire that occurred and that left at least 20 wooden houses burned, with all the belongings.
After the firefighters' work to put out the fire that occurred in recent hours, troops of the Comprehensive Action Battalion No.7 attended this Friday to the more than 60 people hit who left the flames.
In response to the Defense Support missions to the Civil Authority, the soldiers provided support to the families who, mourning their houses in total loss, needed help to remove debris, troops also conduct cleaning tasks, take out the few things that were saved and evacuate children and women.
The National Army will continue to make efforts to carry out humanitarian aid tasks, in order to provide an effective response to the needs of the inhabitants, on the way to the social reconstruction of the territory.
