With the planting of trees, soldiers of the National Army conduct the Artemisa campaign that seeks to reduce deforestation.
In their commitment to preserve nature wealth, the National Army, in the Asocortomo and the La Catorce hamlets, in the municipality of Cumaribo, in Vichada, have implemented strategies to generate collective awareness on issues such as deforestation and the importance of recovering the environment, in the frame of the Artemisa Operation of the National Government.
3,000 trees of the region were planted in this important area of the country, contributing to the conservation of the environment in the fertile lands of Vichada.
Once again, the National Army demonstrates not only its commitment to the community, but in the same way to the conservation of natural wealth as custodians of the environment.
