Soldiers of Comprehensive Action and the Fifth Division of the National Army, in coordination with the El Nogal Foundation and the Colombian Institute of Family Wellbeing (ICBF), delivered 180 food baskets to families in vulnerable conditions in Tolima.
Soldiers of the National Army arrived the neighborhood Pavimentos Colombia to delivered humanitarian aid to the inhabitants of this sector who do not have the resources to cover basic needs such as food and the payment of public services.
María Tejada, resident of the sector highlighted: "I want to thank the El Nogal Foundation, Mrs. Juliana Márquez and the National Army, because in this pandemic the situation is very difficult and this is a great help to all homes”.
Complying all biosecurity measures, the soldiers of the National Army delivered door-to-door food baskets which contained basic products such as rice, oil, salt, sugar, flour, and others.
