Troops of the Infantry Battalion No.39 Sumapaz, in coordination with the Attorney General's Office, reported dismantling an organized common crime group of drug trafficking, which transported narcotics from the south of the country to be processed and marketed in Bogot谩 and Cundinamarca.
During several raids carried out in different points of the municipality of Soacha and the locality of Bosa, soldiers of the Thirteenth Brigade and agents of the Technical Investigation Corps reported the arrest of 14 people, for the crimes of association to commit crimes and drug trafficking. During the procedure, 21 cell phones, coca base paste, marijuana, a 9 mm traumatic pistol, more than 170 million pesos in cash and other items were found by troops, which were put into custody of the authorities.
