In order to motivate the inhabitants to link to different environmental activities, the Brigade 13 has conducted different strategies.
Bicentenary Heroes of the High Mountain Battalion No.1, of the Brigade 13 of the National Army, with the support of the Emserfusa Public Services Company, the Community action Board, emergency agencies and the inhabitants of the sector, complemented an activity of cleaning and recovery of the stream Los Curos, in the Santander neighborhood of the municipality of Fusagasug谩, in the department of Cundinamarca.
During the activity, the soldiers of the National Army joined forces for the collection of garbage, weeds and pollutants that damage the water resource, they in the same way worked on the construction of a wall for the stabilization of the sector, which had been damaged by the rains in December 2017.
