To Brigadier General Hugo Alejandro L贸pez, these new men of the Comprehensive action weapon are: "Soldiers ready to serve, who know how to develop the capabilities of the National Army, the State, the private sector, and the community, to reach the regions with progress, development and consolidation of the territory ".
