Thanks to a development support activity carried out by soldiers in that municipality, inhabitants of rural and urban areas gained access to various benefits.
Soldiers of Infantry Battalion No.14 Capitan Antonio Ricaurte of the Fifth Brigade, of the Second Division of the National Army, in coordination with the Municipal Government, carried out an activity to support development in the municipality of Cáchira, Norte de Santander, with which more than 580 inhabitants of the urban area and nearby villages benefited.
With a wide offer in health services, vaccination, distribution of food baskets, personal care, recreation, among others, the Cachirenses lived a different activity, which led them to, after a long pandemic, recover again the reactivation in these fields.
During the day older adults, parents, children and young people received the support and accompaniment of soldiers, who today not only provided security in one of the safest municipalities in that department, but in the same way support in meeting the basic needs of families who access each of the servicers made for them.
