After the start and optimal development of the activities contemplated in the new contract of medicines for the health subsystem of the military forces, the National Human Rights Watch social Control Colombia expressed its congratulations and thanks the Directorate General of Health for carrying out a transparent process that has improved and optimized the distribution of medicines to patients of the emergency regime.
The organization of surveillance and citizen control highlighted that compliance in the distribution of medicines has generated a high degree of satisfaction and trust among users, decreasing by about 96 percent claims of the patients.
According to the surveillance procedure, the success of this process is a reflection of the commitment of the working team of the Directorate General of Military Health, which operates under high standards of quality and service. They in the same way referred to the proactive, humane and respectful service of regional coordinators, Regents, chemists and pharmacy auxiliaries throughout the country during the dispensing of medicines.
