The Colombian Navy and Colombian National Army found war material in the Naya River, rural area of Buenaventura, during a confrontation against the Residual Organized Armed Group, GAO-r, structure 6, Jaime Martínez.
Units of the Navy Infantry River Battalion No.24 of the Colombian Navy and troops of the Infantry Battalion No.56 of Colombian National Army, who were carrying out joint security operations in La bocana Ajicito, engaged combats against members of the FARC dissidents.
After the gang withdrew, military personnel seized three rifles, a pistol, four magazines, 44 projectiles of different calibers, a boat and two engines, which were put into custody of the Attorney General's Office in Buenaventura.
