These operational results were given in the middle of the operation conducted in Nariño, Norte de Santander and Putumayo.
Within the framework of the Ayacucho Joint Strategic Campaign Plan 2023 - 2026, the Military Forces of the Attorney General's Office, dealt a serious blow against the criminal activities of organized armed groups, finding two laboratories and an illegal deposit
This is how the National Army, the Colombian Air Force and the CTI found a laboratory with about four tons of cocaine hydrochloride, as well as liquid and solid supplies in the village of El Palacio, in the rural area of Samaniego, in eastern Nariño. This place would be part of the network of criminal activities of the Franco Benavides structure organized armed group of the FARC dissidents.
The second result was given in the village Filo La Virgen, of El Tarra, in Norte de Santander. There the authorities found a laboratory with approximately 800 kilograms of cocaine hydrochloride, as well as elements for the production of the illegal substance, which apparently belonged to an organized criminal group at the service of drug trafficking, with links to the organized armed group structure 33 of the FARC dissidents.
Finally, within the framework of an action operation in the village of La Floresta, rural area of the municipality of San Miguel, Putumayo, troops found an illegal hiding place with about 400 kilograms of cocaine hydrochloride belonging to the organized armed group structure 48 of the FARC dissidents.
The material was put into custody of the authorities for their respective prosecution process and subsequent controlled destruction.
With these important operational results, there is a decisive loss to the illicit activities of the FARC dissidents, in more than 26,000 million pesos.
