It should be noted that alias 'Guillermo' or 'El Chino' has consanguinity ties and a close relationship with alias 'Otoniel', head of the GAO “Clan del Golfo”, he was entrusted with important financial tasks.
The capture of this individual was carried out in the city of Medellín and with this blow, the authorities neutralize the most relevant contacts with the drug cartels, nationally and internationally, hindering the main routes towards Central America, North America and transnational networks, decimating the transactions with other outlaw organizations.
These were not the only criminal activities this individual perpetrated, he was in the same way responsible for controlling the illegal exploitation of mining deposits and extortion of money of the different economic guilds.
In the same way, the captures of alias 'Valencia', second head of finances of the Substructure Juan de Dios Usuga and alias 'El Mocho', member of the same criminal structure, were made at his home in the neighborhood Alfonso López of the municipality of Tierralta, in the department of Córdoba.
Alias 'Valencia' was the messenger of alias 'Guillermo' or 'El Chino' and he was in charge of the transactions that were carried out with the different cartels and other outlaw organizations; On the other hand, alias 'El Mocho' was responsible for the purchase and sale of narcotics.
