In a joint and inter-institutional effort, within the framework of the Amazonas Plan, the National Army, the Government of Antioquia, the Navy, the Police, the Mayor's Office of Turbo and schools joined together to carry out the successful environmental activity I take care of my beach in the municipality of Turbo, in the department of Antioquia.
During this significant activity, more than a ton of solid waste, including plastic, polystyrene, cans, wood, glass and other non-usable elements, were collected with the aim of creating a clean and safe space for both local inhabitants and tourists, as well as for the specimens that are part of this valuable ecosystem.
