In order to strengthen international relations, officers and cadets of the Aviation School Capitan Manuel 脕valos Prado of the Chilean Air Force, FACH, visited the Air Combat Command No. 5, CACOM 5, in Rionegro, Antioquia.
Since the group arrived at the military base, Brigadier General Fernando Correa Duque, Commander of CACOM 5, welcomed the delegation made up of Comodoro Guillermo Pino, head of the Education Division of the FACH, his entourage and 65 cadets of the Chilean Aviation School.
During the visit, the students got to know the resources of the house of the Brave Falcons, through a guided tour of the unit's facilities that led them to interact with the staff and learn about the different configurations of the Black Hawk helicopters used in missions to defend national sovereignty.
In addition, the Aerospace Technology Development Center for Defense, CETAD, taught visitors the new technologies in systems for Image analysis, security and traceability in information, which leads to increasingly strengthen operations for the nation's defense.
