With the beginning of an academic activity, the Comprehensive Action Section of the N.6 Air Combat Command of the Colombian Aerospace Force began the distribution of school kits, thanks to the Corazón Amigo Plan and Space Kids, a campaign of the Institution which seeks to benefit and provide a helping hand to the communities that need it most in the national territory.
That is why at the Ismuin indigenous people village, in the municipality of Solano, Caquetá, the military of CACOM-6 personnel arrived in order to distribute school kits and backpacks for children and young people by the ages of 5 and 16; the kits composed of notebooks, pencils, colors, plasticine, pencils case and other school accessories were distributed with the aim of supporting the educational process of the children of the south-eastern Colombian.
At the same time, during the outreach activity with the inhabitants, the children had the opportunity to learn more about “A Space Adventure”, a story by Space Kids which seeks to make children aware of the achievements and objectives that the institution has in this new aerospace era.
