As a contribution to the well-being of civilians in the southeast of the country, the Colombian Air Force transported 2,400 kilograms of food from Bogotá to the municipality of Solano, Caquetá, to supply 1,500 laying hens.
Given the current situation that the country is experiencing due to the national strike, the transportation of food, gasoline, among other necessary elements has been complex, damaging the normal development of the economy and therefore damaging the well-being of people who have as a source of income with this type of commercial activities.
It is important to mention that this humanitarian support benefited the Páez Poultry company, which supplies food in the urban and rural area of the municipality of Solano, Caquetá, which has the second largest territorial extension in the country.
